Effective 12/16/2006 we will not replace any orders that are lost , stolen or delivered to the wrong address!!!!

If your tracking number says your package was delivered and you didn't get it DO NOT call us to replace your package as we will no longer do it. This is only fair we made the order shipped it to you and if the Post Office or UPS loses it or delivers it to the wrong place we will not pay for their mistakes any more!!!

If you buy something at Walmart and it gets stolen out of your car before you get home Walmart will not replace your package and so many of you think we should well I'm sorry but we will no longer.

You may take out insurance for USPS but they will do nothing untill your package has been missing for 30 days then we have to fight as they do no wrong which we all no different as we have lost items in mail too and they said boo hoo to you so we have ate them too.

We may not be able to take your call as we are busy filling orders, making lotion, candles ect. and measuring is very important..... so if we are busy doing any of those to prevent mistakes we do not have a phone near by. So please leave a message or contact us by email which we at times will answer faster because we see it when we have to make labels.

Please make sure your shipping address is on your order DO NOT email it to us after your order as it will be too late. Orders get done most of the time as soon as they come in, they then get boxed, labeled and shipped. We do not read emails until the work is done so if that was your order it's too late now because it now has shipped. Any returned unclaimed packages will NOT be reshipped at our expense, you will have to pay for reshipping your order. We work very hard to get your orders made fresh & shipped so you get it within 3 to 4 days. So it baffles us when you do not pick up your packages./FONT>

We have a small handling fee of $1.50 per order, and the reason for this is to help with shipping supplies mainly as packing peanuts are costly and we used lots of them as work for insulating our products in the summer and winter.

Be sure to check out both UPS and USPS to see which will be cheapest for shipping your order and UPS doesn't ship to PO boxes.

While were talking about shipping please be sure your shipping address is right on your order we do not read emails until orders are done so it will be too late to change an address.

We DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds do to the nature of our products! NO EXCEPTIONS!

We offer all our products in sample sizes for you to try before purchasing larger amounts so you can see if you like it.

We keep our prices very low so everyone can use high quality handmade products..

Any cancelled orders will be charged 30 % of their order, as once you order those items they are taken out of inventory and have to be put back in. And if those items don't sell we have to throw them out & it's another loss for us, so be sure it's what you want before you buy!

We do not give away free samples so please DO NOT ask, we get hundreds of requests for freebies as well as many of other sellers and we can not afford to give our products away, you may purchase sample sizes of all our products. We do put free samples in our customers orders but we never hand them out without an order!

If for some reason the shipping does not come up for your order we will bill you for shipping, at times servers go down and other problems can malfunction that we have no control over & we can't ship your products for nothing. We do offer free shipping on some lightweight products because we hate shipping charges too & we pay lots of them, so if your ordering we throw those in free & if you do not order anything else then we will bill you for shipping.

I'm sorry but we are no longer offering emailed orders, we have had way too many that have not followed through with sending payment.
